The Data Protection Principles include requirements such as:

GDPR and Builderall

Builderall is committed to ensuring leading data protection to our customers. since last year, our compliance team is working hard to maintain our customer's personal data very safe. In October 2017, we were certified under EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce, regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, and therefore adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. This certification was very important and shows how Builderall takes very seriously this regulation, and we will keep this certification or any replacement framework that may come into force.

What kind of information we collect

As with most websites on the Internet, simply by visiting this website, you are giving us some information, including your IP address, the website you visited prior to visiting us, the site you visit when you leave our site, the operating system on your computer, and the browser you used to access our page. Facebook, Twiter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media - builderall may allow you to connect a Facebook page or profile to your buiderall account, in which case we will access certain information from Facebook regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username/page ID or profile ID, access tokens, sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by builderall to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
